We’re excited to announce that our Class of 1973 OHS 53rd Reunion is officially set!
Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026, 6pm-10pm
Venue: Scott’s at Jack London Square, Oakland
Scott’s offers a beautiful waterfront setting and a relaxed private atmosphere that’s perfect for reconnecting with classmates and celebrating together.
Our goal is to create a memorable evening while keeping the ticket price at $100 per person. We’re asking classmates, if possible, to contribute beyond the ticket purchase.
What your additional donation will make possible
With your financial support, beyond the ticket purchase, we can enhance the evening’s activities. Any amount is appreciated! Your donations will enable us to go beyond “minimal” to consider options like a live band or professional DJ, as one example. We know our talented classmates will help with their time and creativity in each of these areas, and your donations will help us make the evening even more special.

If you prefer to sponsor a specific activity, please let us know in the comments field when you checkout. We will do our best to direct your donation to that activity, but cannot guarantee the activity unless a full sponsorship of that activity is achieved.
Get involved
We welcome help with clearly defined roles, including finance/bookkeeping, name tags (with yearbook photos), decorations and memory boards, and entertainment coordination. Your small reunion committee can’t do this without your help. Many tasks will only need a few hours until the final push the month before the event. We are happy to help find a role you want to play! The Reunion Committee is working with the Principal of Oakland High School to arrange a tour on Friday, Oct. 16. While most of the school was rebuilt after we graduated, there are a few buildings still there from our time on campus. Would you like to join the tour? Please complete the form.

In mid-2025, while enjoying a Fentons Creamery gathering, we agreed to help organize a reunion. While we missed a 50th reunion, we think a 53 year reunion makes it even more special.
